When should he start uncovering the right shoulder and walking quickly (in tawaaf)?

طفت طواف الإفاضة يوم العيد بعد النفرة من مزدلفة مباشرة أي قبل رمي جمرة العقبة أو الحلق ، هل في هذا الطواف اضطباع على اعتبار أني لا زلت محرماً . وفقكم الله .
الحمد لله

لا يشرع الاضطباع والرمل إلا في طواف العمرة ، وطواف القدوم للمفرد والقارن .
أما فيما عدا ذلك فلا يشرعان ، فطواف الإفاضة لا رمل فيه اضطباع سواء طفته وأنت محرم أم غير محرم .
روى أبو داود (2001) عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَرْمُلْ فِي السَّبْعِ الَّذِي أَفَاضَ فِيهِ . صححه الألباني في صحيح أبي داود .
والاضطباع هو كشف المنكب الأيمن .
والرمل هو مقاربة الخطا مع إسراع المشي .
والاضطباع والرمل متلازمان ، فحيث شرع الرمل شرع الاضطباع ، وحيث لم يشرع الرمل لم يشرع الاضطباع .
قال النووي رحمه الله في "المجموع" 8/43 :
وَالاضْطِبَاعُ مُلازِمٌ لِلرَّمَلِ , فَحَيْثُ اسْتَحْبَبْنَا الرَّمَلَ فَكَذَا الاضْطِبَاعُ , وَحَيْثُ لَمْ نَسْتَحِبَّهُ فَكَذَا الاضْطِبَاعُ , وَحَيْثُ جَرَى خِلافٌ جَرَى فِي الرَّمَلِ وَالاضْطِبَاعِ جَمِيعًا , وَهَذَا لا خِلافَ فِيهِ اهـ.
وقَالَ أَيضاً : لَكِنْ يَفْتَرِقُ الرَّمَلُ وَالاضْطِبَاعُ فِي شَيْءٍ وَاحِدٍ وَهُوَ أَنَّ الاضْطِبَاعَ مَسْنُونٌ فِي جَمِيعِ الطَّوْفَاتِ السَّبْعِ , وَأَمَّا الرَّمَلُ إنَّمَا يُسَنُّ فِي الثَّلَاثِ الأُوَلِ وَيَمْشِي فِي الأَرْبَعِ الأَوَاخِرِ اهـ. "المجموع" 8/20 .
وذكر ابن قدامة في "المغني" (5/221) استحباب الرمل والاضطباع في طواف العمرة وفي طواف القدوم ثم قال :
وَلا يُسَنُّ الرَّمَلُ وَالاضْطِبَاعُ فِي طَوَافٍ سِوَى مَا ذَكَرْنَاهُ ; لأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَصْحَابَهُ إنَّمَا رَمَلُوا وَاضْطَبَعُوا فِي ذَلِكَ اهـ .
وجاء في فتاوى اللجنة الدائمة :11/225 :
يسن الاضطباع في الأشواط كلها في طواف القدوم خاصة ، كما يشرع الرمل في الأشواط الثلاثة الأولى من طواف القدوم للحاج والمعتمر اهـ .
وقال الشيخ ابن باز رحمه الله :
ويرمل في جميع الثلاثة الأُول من الطواف الأول ، وهو الطواف الذي يأتي به أول ما يقدم مكّة ، سواء كان معتمراً أو متمتعاً ، أو محرماً بالحج وحده ، أو قارناً بينه وبين العمرة ، ويمشي في الأربعة الباقية ، يبتدئ كل شوط مع مقاربة الخطى ، ويستحب له أن يضطبع في جميع هذا الطواف دون غيره اهـ . فتاوى ابن باز 16/60 .

When should he start uncovering the right shoulder and walking quickly (in tawaaf)?

I did tawaaf al-ifaadah on the day of Eid straight after moving from Muzdalifah, i.e., before stoning Jamarat al-‘Aqabah or shaving my head. Should I have uncovered my right shoulder in this tawaaf, given that I was still in ihraam? Thank you.

Praise be to Allaah. It is only prescribed to uncover the right shoulder and walk quickly with short steps (raml) in the tawaaf of ‘Umrah, and in the tawaaf of arrival (tawaaf al-qudoom) for those who are doing ifraad and qiraan Hajj. In other tawaafs these actions are not prescribed, so in tawaaf al-ifaadah there is no raml and no uncovering the shoulder, whether you did tawaaf in ihraam or not.
Abu Dawood (2001) narrated from Ibn ‘Abbaas that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not walk quickly in the seven circuits of tawaaf al-ifaadah. This was classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood.
Uncovering the right shoulder and walking quickly with short steps (raml) go together. When raml is prescribed, uncovering the right shoulder is also prescribed; when raml is not prescribed, uncovering the shoulder is not prescribed either.
Al-Nawawi (may Allaah have mercy on him) said in al-Majmoo’, 8/43
“Uncovering the right shoulder goes along with raml. When it is mustahabb [recommended] to walk quickly (raml) it is also prescribed to uncover the right shoulder, and when it is not recommended to walk quickly, it is not prescribed to uncover the shoulder either. When the scholars differed, that had to do with both uncovering the shoulder and walking quickly [i.e., the two actions are not separated]. There is no difference of opinion on this matter.
He also said: But raml and uncovering the shoulder are separate in one case, which is that uncovering the shoulder is Sunnah in all seven circuits, but raml is only Sunnah in the first three circuits, and one should walk (normally) in the last four.
Al-Majmoo’, 8/20
Ibn Qudaamah said in al-Mughni (5/221), It is mustahabb to walk quickly and uncover the right shoulder in the Tawaaf of ‘Umrah and in the Tawaaf of arrival. Then he said:
It is not Sunnah to walk quickly or to uncover the right shoulder in tawaaf except in the cases we have mentioned, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and his companions only walked quickly and uncovered their shoulders at those times.
It says in Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (11/225):
It is Sunnah to uncover the right shoulder in all circuits of the tawaaf of arrival only, and it is prescribed to walk quickly in the first three circuits of the tawaaf of arrival for those doing Hajj and those doing ‘Umrah.
Shaykh Ibn Baaz (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:
He should walk quickly (raml) in the first three circuits of the first tawaaf, which is the tawaaf he performs when he first arrives in Makkah, whether he is doing ‘Umrah or tamattu’, or he has entered ihraam for Hajj only, or is combining Hajj and ‘Umrah (qiraan). And he should walk in the last four circuits, starting each circuit with rapid steps. And it is mustahabb for him to uncover his right shoulder throughout this tawaaf, but not in others.

Quand la découverte de l’épaule droite et la marche à pas rapide et rapproché sont elles prescrites ?

J’ai effectué le tawaf principal le jour de la fête, immédiatement après être arrivé de Mouzdalifa et avant même de procéder à la lapidation de la stèle et au rasage… Est-ce que ledit tawaf doit être marqué par la découverte de l’épaule droite, étant donné que j’étais encore en état de sacralisation ? Puisse Allah vous assister ?

La découverte de l’épaule droite et les pas rapide et rapproché ne sont prescrites que quand on fait le tawaf pour la oumra ou quand procède à celui de l’arrivée concernant le pèlerin ayant opté pour un pèlerinage seul ou pour un pèlerinage joint à une oumra…
En dehors de ces cas, ces pratiques ne sont pas prescrites. Par conséquent, on ne les observe pas pendant le tawaf principal, que le pèlerin soit en état de sacralisation ou pas.
Abou Dawoud a rapporté (sous le n° 2001) d’après Ibn Abbas que le Prophète (bénédiction et salut soient sur lui) n’a pas observé la marche aux pas raoide et rapproché quand il a effectué les sept tours de son tawaf principal ». (déclaré authentique par Al-Albani dans Sahih Abi Dawoud).
Le terme «idhtiba » désigne la découverte de l’épaule droite et le terme « ramal » signifie : marcher à pas rapide et rapproché. Les deux pratiques sont inséparables ; chaque fois qu’on est tenue d’observer l’une, on doit observer l’autre.
Dans Al-Madjmou, 8/43, An-Nawawi (Puisse Allah lui accorder sa miséricorde) dit : « Les deux pratiques sont inséparablement liées. Recommander la première c’est recommander la seconde et vice versa. Ceci ne fait l’objet d’aucune divergence de vues. La seule différence existant entre les deux pratiques est que la découverte de l’épaule doit être maintenue tout au long du tawaf alors que la marche aux pas rapide et rapproché n’est observée qu’au cours des trois premiers tours puisqu’on doit marcher normalement pendant les quatre derniers tours ». Voir al-Madjmou, 8/20).
Dans al-Moughni (5/221), Ibn Qudama mentionne la prescription des deux rites dans le tawaf de la oumra et dans le tawaf d’arrivée. Ensuite, il dit : « En dehors de ce que nous avons mentionné, les deux pratiques ne sont pas prescrites puisque le Prophète (bénédiction et salut soient sur lui) et ses compagnons ne les avaient observées que dans le cadre que voilà.
Dans les fatwa de la Commission permanente (11/225), on lit ceci : « La découverte de l’épaule est prescrite au cours de tous les tours du tawaf d’arrivée. De même, la marche aux pas rapide et rapproché est prescrite pendant les trois premiers tours du tawaf d’arrivée effectué par l’auteur d’un pèlerinage mineur ou majeur.
Cheikh Ibn Baz (Puisse Allah lui accorder Sa miséricorde) a dit : « On se livre à la marche dite ramal au cours des trois premiers tours du premier tawaf, celui que le pèlerin effectue dès son arrivée à La Mecque ; qu’il vienne pour le pèlerinage mineur (oumra) ou pour le pèlerinage interrompu par une pause (tamatou) ou pour le pèlerinage seul (ifrad) ou pour le pèlerinage joint à la oumra (quirane). On marche normalement pendant les quatre derniers tours. L’on commence chacun (des trois premiers tours) en marchant ) à pas rapide et rapproché et il est recommandé au pèlerin de laisser son épaule droite découverte pendant ce tawaf seulement ».
