* Ruling on volunteering after half of Shaaban:
About abo Huraira "god bless him" said: the messenger of god "peace be upon him" said:
"When there comes the middle of Sha'ban, don't observe Saum "fasting" ".
Sunnan Al_Tarmazi / investigation by AL sheikh al_Albani / "6" book of: fasting / chapter: what was mentioned in the hatred of fasting in the second half of Shaaban / hadith number "738" / page "183" / it's true.
The scholars differed in the fasting of volunteering after the middle of Shaaban, So the public of scholars went to the possibility of that.
Al_Tarmazi said: and the meaning of this hadith for some scholars:
"To have a man broke the fast, if there is something left from Shaaban, he will fast for the month of Ramadan".
The true of Sunnan Al_Tarmazi / part "1" / page "225" / Commenting on this hadith.
There is no embarrassment in fasting after the middle of Shaaban for those who started fasting in the first half of Shaaban.
* and Abn al-Qaim has answered in "the refinement of Sunnan" to the weakness of the hadith, and he said What's his summary:
" This hadith is true on a Muslim condition, and if the uniqueness of Alaa in this hadith is no longer a defamed in this hadith because Alaa is confident, and Muslim has made several hadiths in his true hadith about his father about abo Huraira "god bless him", and many of Sunnan are unique to trusts about the Prophet "peace be upon him", The nation accepted it and worked it out.
Then he said:
And he thought that his opposition to the hadiths that are indicative of Shaaban's fast, there's no opposition between them, and those hadiths indicate fasting his half with the one before him, and on the usual fast in the second half
And the hadith of Alaa indicates that it is forbidden to fast after half, not for habit or in addition to the previous one.END.
*and el-Sheikh Abn Baz "god bless him" was asked about the hadith of the forbidding on fasting after half a Shaaban and he said:
It's a true hadith as brother el-Sheikh Nasser al_din al_Albani said, what is meant is to forbidden the start of fasting after half, but those who fast more of month or the whole month have been gated the sunnah.END.
Total fatwas of el-Sheikh Abn Baz: 15/385.
And it supports this true hadith:
Like Aisha's hadith:
* about Aisha "god bless her" she said:
" the messenger of god "peace be upon him" used to fast till one would say that he would never stop fasting, and he would abandon fasting till one would say that he would never fast. I never saw the Messenger of god "peace be upon him" fasting for a whole month except the month of Ramadan, and did not see him fasting in any month more than in the month of Shaaban".
And like abo Huraira's hadith:
* about abo Huraira "god bless him" about the prophet "peace be upon him" said:
" None of you should fast a day or two before the month of Ramadan unless he has the habit of fasting "and if his fasting coincides with that day" then he can fast that day".
Hadith El_Bukhari. Muton / "3" book of: fasting / "14" Chapter: Not to observe fast for a day or two ahead of Ramadan / hadith number "1914" / page "216".
There is a forbidding on fasting for day or two only in the last of Shaaban unless to be a fasting man he used to be, so it's ok.
And like om Salma's hadith:
* about om Salma "god bless her" she said:
" I did not see the Prophet "peace be upon him" fasting two consecutive months except for Shaaban and Ramadan".
Narrated by Al_Tarmazi / and has corrected by el-Sheikh al_Albani "god mercy him" in the correct of the desire and intimidation / part "1" / "9" book of: fasting / "8" chapter: The desire to fast Shaaban / hadith number "1025" / page "596".
* the forbidding about fasting on the day of doubt:
About Selah Abn Zafar said: we were with Ammar Abn Yasser "in the day are we doubt it""1"when a roasted sheep was brought and he said: Eat. Someone among the people said: "I am fasting" So Ammar said:"Whoever fasts on a day in which there is doubt, then he has disobeyed Abo el-Qassim".
The true of Sunnan Al_Tarmazi / part "1" / book of: fasting / "3" Chapter: what has been related about it being disliked to fast the day of doubt / hadith number "553" / page "210".
"1" Increase of the margin of the manuscript: 1/94
And it's agreed to the novel of "true Abn Majah": 1/275.
* the doubt day:
It's the 30th day of Shaaban,it may be complementary to Shaaban or the first of Ramadan.
* If the day of doubt usually happens fasting on Monday and Thursday or fasting a day and breaking a day. So, there is no objection in his fast.
And we enjoy with this fatwa for Sheikh Abd el_Aziz Abn Abd Allah al-Rajhi.
*Ruling on fasting on the day of doubt if he usually agrees or fasts a duty:
A question: If the day of doubt agrees on a day when he fasts, what is the ruling on fasting?
The answer: If the day of doubt agrees on the day when fasting, not as fasting on the day of doubt, then there is nothing wrong with fasting it, it's like Monday is a day of doubt, and it's usually that he fasts Monday, it's okay to fast, but to fast it as a precaution for Ramadan is forbidden, to say the prophet "peace be upon him":
"None of you should fast a day or two before the mouth of Ramadan, unless it is a day on which one is in the habit of fasting"
And also, if he fasts days of last Ramadan or days of vows or expiation, in the hadith to Alaa Abn Abd el_rahman:
"When it is the middle of Shaaban do not fast"
It is the scholars who corrected it and some of them are weak, what is meant to be to forbidding from fasting after half if it does not have a habit, and he wasn't fasting from the beginning of the month. If he fasts from the beginning of the month and continues, that is fine.
*The summary*
To combine these novels, the verdict is:
The forbidding about the progress of Ramadan in fasting after half of Shaaban except for those who connected him to before him, it's means connected the second half of Shaaban with the first half.Or he usually agreed to him that his habit of fasting Monday and Thursday, and he agreed.
Riad Al-Salihin / Investigation of el-Sheikh al_Albani / "8"book of: Virtues / "219" chapter: The forbidding about the progress of Ramadan in fasting after half of Shaaban except for those who connected him to before him Or he usually agreed to him that his habit of fasting Monday and Thursday, and he agreed / page "412".
