The legitimacy of the group in the night prayer.
***************************************
From the book of the Taraweeh prayer to El_sheikh al_albani “may god rest his soul”:
“Today's scientist in sunnah does not doubt the legitimacy of Taraweeh prayers, “night prayer” in group in Ramadan for things:
1-The prophet “peace be upon him” do this:
*………...He said I heard Al-Nu'man Abn Bashir, on the pulpit of Homs saying:
“We prayed the prayer of the night with the Messenger of God “peace be upon him” In The Month of Ramadan, the night of twenty-three to the third of the first night, then we pray with him the night of twenty-five to half the night, and then we pray with him the night of twenty-seven, so we thought we didn't realize the success, and they called him suhoor”.
The narrator: Al-Nu'man Abn Bashir / the speaker: al-Waadi / the source: Correct assigned / page or number: “1178” / Summary of the speaker’s judgment: it’s true.
*About Aisha a wife of the prophet “peace be upon him”:
“that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, prayed in the mosque one night and people prayed behind him. Then he prayed the next night and there were more people. Then they gathered on the third or fourth night and the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, did not come out to them. In the morning, he said, "I saw what you were doing and the only thing that prevented me from coming out to you was that I feared that it would become obligatory “fard” for you." This happened in Ramadan”.
The narrator: Aisha / the speaker: El_Bukhari / the source: hadith El_Bukhari / page or number: “1129” / Summary of the speaker’s judgment: it’s true.
*About abo Wael, about Abd Allah “Abn Masoud” “god bless him” said:
“One night I joined the Prophet “peace be upon him” in his “optional” Salat. He “peace be upon him” prolonged the Qiyam “standing” so much that I made up my mind to commit an act of wrong. He was questioned: "What did you intend to do?" He replied: "I intended to sit down and stop following him “in Salat”.
The narrator: Abd Allah Abn Masoud / the speaker: El_Bukhari / the source: hadith El_Bukhari / page or number: “1135” / Summary of the speaker’s judgment: it’s true.
2-The Prophet's “peace be upon him” Statement for her Virtue.
“Whoever prays Qiyam with the Imam until he finishes, Allah will record for him the Qiyam of a “whole” night”.
The narrator: Abo Dharr al-Ghafari / the speaker: al_albani / the source: to quench one's thirst / page or number: “447” / Summary of the speaker’s judgment: it’s true.
Preference between the praying of the night in a congregation in the mosque and the praying of the night individually.
*The issue is controversial in which ever is better, but as long as the Taraweeh prayer is nafala, let man consider whichever is better for him, perhaps if he prays in his home, he will be able to read long and he gets him a spun chest and increased faith, so that the prayer in his home will be better and more correct, and vice versa.
And the scholars disagreed on two words:
That the night prayer individually is better for the next hadith:
*About Zaid Abn Thabit “god bless him” he said:
“Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” made a small room “with a palm leaf mat”. Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” came out “of his house” and prayed in it. Some men came and joined him in his prayer. Then again, the next night they came for the prayer, but Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” delayed and did not come out to them. So, they raised their voices and knocked the door with small stones “to draw his attention”. He came out to them in a state of anger, saying, "You are still insisting “on your deed, i.e. Tarawih prayer in the mosque” that I thought that this prayer “Tarawih” might become obligatory on you. So, you people, offer this prayer at your homes, for the best prayer of a person is the one which he offers at home, except the compulsory “congregational” prayer”. Hadith El_Bukhari / “78” the book of: Good Manners and Form / “75” chapter: What to say when one is angry or harsh for Allah's sake / hadith number: “6113” / page: “720”.
That the night prayer in a congregation in mosques is better so as to win the wage of a whole night to the next hadith:
*About Abo Dharr al-Ghafari said, the messenger of god “peace be upon him” said:
“Whoever prays Qiyam with the Imam until he finishes, Allah will record for him the Qiyam of a “whole” night”.
The narrator: Abo Dharr al-Ghafari / the speaker: al_albani / the source: hadith Abn Majah / page or number: “1100” / Summary of the speaker’s judgment: it’s true.
*About Arwa Abn El_Zubair about Abd El_Rahman Abn Abd el_Qari said:
“I went out in the company of Omar bin Al-Khattab one night in Ramadan to the mosque and found the people praying in different groups. A man praying alone or a man praying with a little group behind him. So, Omar said, 'In my opinion I would better collect these “people” under the leadership of one Qari “Reciter” “i.e. let them pray in congregation!” So, he made up his mind to congregate them behind Ubai bin Ka’ba. Then on another night I went again in his company and the people were praying behind their reciter. On that, Omar remarked, what an excellent heresy “i.e. innovation in religion” this is; but the prayer which they do not perform, but sleep at its time is better than the one they are offering. He meant the prayer in the last part of the night. “In those days” people used to pray in the early part of the night”.
The narrator: Abd El_Rahman Abn Abd el_Qari / the speaker: El_Bukhari / the source: hadith El_Bukhari / page or number: “2010” / Summary of the speaker’s judgment: it’s true.
Abn Hajar al-Ashkalani said in the commentary:
*That's a statement from him that praying at the end of the night is better than the first one, but it’s not that praying at night separately is better than compilation.

The encouragement for women to pray in their homes and their necessity.
*About Um Hamid a woman to Abo Hamid al_Saadi “god bless them”:
“She came to the Prophet “peace be upon him” and said, Oh Messenger of God “peace be upon him”, I love to pray with you, he said: "I knew you liked to pray with me”, your prayers in your home are better than yours in your room, and your prayers in your room are better than your place, and your prayers in your place are better than your prayers in your people's mosque, Your prayers in your people's mosque are better than yours in my mosque, So she ordered and built a mosque for her in the furthest way of her home and it was darker so she prayed in it until she is found Allah Almighty”.

“The woman is Awrah, so when she goes out, the Shaitan seeks to tempt her, and she's no closer to God than she is at the bottom of her house”.

*Elsheikh al_albani “may god rest his soul” said in a footnote that is true of desire and intimidation:
“This is in the devil of the jinn, let alone in the devil of man, especially the devils of this age in which we are, it harms the woman of a thousand devils, because most of the guys of this time they have no manhood, no religion, no honor, no humanity, they are subjected to women in a tragic way and a body that shows a sense of lowness, inferiority and decadence”. END.
A woman must make her go out for a necessity that does not happen by sitting in her home and be a real necessity, as a science, she must teach any duty she has to learn, she cannot learn it in her home, and this learning is by the legal constraints.
And don't hurt her sisters with her children, and let them wreak havoc on the earth……...
And don't spoil men's prayers or learning about the noise of talking to their sisters or by releasing their children without restrictions.
The legality of women going to mosques if it does not result in fitnah.
“When women ask permission for going to the mosque, do not prevent them”.
The narrator: Abd Allah Abn Omar / the speaker: Muslim / the source: hadith Muslim / page or number: “442” / Summary of the speaker’s judgment: it’s true.
*It seems that the hadith of the door does not prevent the mosque but with conditions that it is not perfumed or decorated or without a anklet to hear its voice or fancy clothes or not mixed with men and there is nothing in the way that he is afraid of spoiling and so on.
And this forbidden them to go out, carrying the hatred of preference.
*About Amra daughter of Abd El_Rahman, she hearts Aisha a wife to the prophet “peace be upon him” she said:
“If the Messenger of Allah “peace be upon him” had seen what new things the women have introduced “in their way of life” he would have definitely prevented them from going to the mosque, as the women of Bany Isra'il were prevented, said: I said to Amra : are the woman of Bany Isra'il prevented from the mosque? She said: yes”.
