*The sermon of eid prayer is a Sunnah, and this is in agreement with the four doctrines of jurisprudence.
*About Abd Allah Abn al_Saiib:
“I attended the Eid prayer with the Messenger of Allah “peace be upon him” He led us in offering the Eid prayer, then he said: I have finished the prayer. Whoever wants to sit “and listen to” the sermon, then let him sit, and whoever wants to leave, then let him leave”.
The narrator: Abd Allah Abn al_Saiib / the speaker: al_albani / the source: hadith Abn Majah / page or number: “1073” / Summary of the speaker’s judgment: it’s true.
*So,let's make sure you attend the sermon with listening and please win thanks to these mention councils:
“Allah has some angels who look for those who celebrate the Praises of Allah on the roads and paths. And when they find some people celebrating the Praises of Allah, they call each other, saying, "Come to the object of your pursuit. He added, "Then the angels encircle them with their wings up to the sky of the world. He added. after those people celebrated the Praises of Allah, and the angels go back, their Lord, asks them “those angels” though He knows better than them What do My slaves say? The angels reply, they say: Subhan Allah, Allah Akbar, and Alhamd lli Allah, Allah then says Did they see Me? The angels reply, No! By Allah, they didn't see You. Allah says, how it would have been if they saw Me? The angels reply, if they saw You, they would worship You more devoutly and celebrate Your Glory more deeply, and declare Your freedom from any resemblance to anything more often.' Allah says “to the angels”, What do they ask Me for? The angels reply, they ask You for Paradise. Allah says “to the angels”, Did they see it? The angels say, No! By Allah, Oh Lord! They did not see it. Allah says, how it would have been if they saw it? The angels say, if they saw it, they would have greater covetousness for it and would seek It with greater zeal and would have greater desire for it. Allah says, from what do they seek refuge? The angels reply, they seek refuge from the “Hell” Fire. Allah says, did they see it? The angels say, 'No by Allah, Oh Lord! They did not see it. Allah says, how it would have been if they saw it? The angels say, if they saw it, they would flee from it with the extreme fleeing and would have extreme fear from it. Then Allah says, I make you witnesses that I have forgiven them. Allah's Messenger “peace be upon him” added, "One of the angels would say, there was so and so amongst them, and he was not one of them, but he had just come for some need. Allah would say, these are those people whose companions will not be reduced to misery”.
The narrator: Abo Hurairah / the speaker: El_Bukhari / the source: hadith El_Bukhari / page or number: “6408” / Summary of the speaker’s judgment: it’s true / he put it in his correct and said: Narrated by Shoba about al_Aamsh and he didn’t raise it, and Suhail narrated about his father about Abo Hurairah about the prophet “peace be upon him”.
*This is one of the benefits and profit of setting with the righteous.
The angels were keen to hear the mention, and they loved to attend the mention councils.
That the most important concern of the lives of the servants brings them closer to God and paradise and keep them away from the fire.
God forgive us and have mercy on us.
*And They differed in the number of sermons of Eid’s whether one sermon or two speeches, and the dispute arose from the existence of:
1_Candid evidence - weak - proving two speeches.
2_Valid, unexplicit evidence of a single speech.
And from here the controversy appeared and it was said:
Two sermons are enacted for Eid, compared to Friday, and because it is the usual of the prophet's “peace be upon him” sermons.
About Ubaid Allah Abn Abd Allah Abn Ataba; said:
“The Sunnah that the imam should give sermons on the two feasts two sermons separated by sitting”.
“And so is the ascites sermon, the eclipse sermon, the hajj sermon, and every sermon in a group”.
“Nothing has been proven in the refining of the sermon, and the measurement is based on Friday”.
Summary of judgements: “2.838”.
“That the Messenger of Allah “peace be upon him” used to deliver two sermons standing, and he would separate them by sitting”.
The narrator: Abd Allah Abn Omar / the speaker: al_albani / the source: hadith al_nasai / page or number: “1415” / Summary of the speaker’s judgment: it’s true.
*This is in Friday prayers, and the other sermons are measured upon them as already stated.
And the virtue of sheikh Abn Al_Athaimin “may god rest his soul” has asked about:
Does the imam have one or two sermons on Eid?
What is known to the fuqaha'a “may god rest their soul” is that the Sermon of Eid is two, because of a weak hadith mentioned in this, but in the agreed hadith that the Prophet “peace be upon him” only gave one sermon, and I hope it's broad”. END.
The total fatwas of Sheikh Abn Al_Athaimin: “16.246”.
The matter is a matter of diligence, and the matter in this broad, there is no separation in the Sunnah in the matter, although it is apparent that it is a single sermon, so the imam does what he sees as closer to the Sunnah in his view.
*“The Messenger of Allah “peace be upon him” used to go out on the day of Eid and lead the people in praying two Rakah, then he would say the Salam and stand on his two feet facing the people while they were sitting down. He would say: “Give in charity. Give in charity”. Those who gave most in charity were the women, “they would give” earrings and rings and things. If he wanted to send out an expedition, he would mention it, otherwise he would leave”.
The narrator: Abo Saeed el_khudri / the speaker: al_albani / the source: hadith Abn Majah / page or number: “1072” / Summary of the speaker’s judgment: it’s true.
*About Jaber Abn Abd Allah; said:
“I observed prayer with the Messenger of Allah “peace be upon him” on the Eid day. He commenced with prayer before the sermon without Adhan and Iqama. He then stood up leaning on Bilal, and he commanded “them” to be on guard “against evil for the sake of” Allah, and he exhorted “them” on obedience to Him, and he preached to the people and admonished them. He then walked on till he came to the women and preached to them and admonished them, and asked them to give alms, for most of them are the fuel for Hell. A woman having a dark spot on the cheek stood up and said: Why is it so, Messenger of Allah? He said: For you grumble often and show ingratitude to your spouse. And then they began to give alms out of their ornaments such as their earrings and rings which they threw on to the cloth of Bilal”.
The narrator: Jaber Abn Abd Allah / the speaker: Muslim / the source: hadith Muslim / page or number: “885” / Summary of the speaker’s judgment: it’s true.
The delay of the sermon on Eid prayer indicates that it is not obligatory; so that made it at a time when he wants to leave her, he could leave her, Unlike the Friday sermons.
Al-Mughni for Abn Qadama: “2.287”.
What is desirable in the sermon of the two Eid’s?
It is desirable for people to teach the rulings of Eid, so he preaches them and recommends them for charity, and in Eid al-Adha he teaches them the rulings of sacrifice, and this is in agreement with the doctrines of jurisprudence.
“6599” Al-Mughni for Abn Qadama: “2.286”.
The pleasant explanation of Abn Al_Athaimin: “5.148”.
One of the purposes of the legitimacy of the Eid sermon: is to teach the rulings of time.
The good sea for Abn Najim: “2.176”.
“I heard the Prophet “peace be upon him” delivering a sermon saying, "The first thing to be done on this day “first day of Eid el Adha” is to pray; and after returning from the prayer we slaughter our sacrifices “in the name of Allah” and whoever does so, he acted according to our Sunna “traditions”.
The narrator: al_Bara Abn Azeb / the speaker: El_Bukhari / the source: hadith El_Bukhari / page or number: “951” / Summary of the speaker’s judgment: it’s true.
