* عنِ المِقْدام بن معدي كَرِبٍ ،عن رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أنه قال"ألا إنِّي أوتيتُ الكتابَ ومثلَهُ معهُ ، لا يُوشِكُ رجُلٌ شبعانٌ على أريكتِهِ يقولُ عليكُم بِهذَا القُرآنِ فما وجدتُم فيهِ مِن حَلالٍ فأحلُّوه وما وَجدتُم فيهِ مِن حرامٍ فحرِّمُوه ، ألا لا يحلُّ لكُم لحمُ الحِمارِ الأهليِّ ، ولا كلِّ ذي نابٍ من السَّبُعٍ ، ولا لُقَطةِ معاهَدٍ ، إلَّا أن يستَغني عَنها صاحبُها ، ومَن نزل بقومٍ فعليهِم أن يُقْرُوه ، فإن لَم يُقْرُوه فله أن يُعْقِبَهُمْ بمثلِ قِرَاه"الراوي : المقدام بن معد يكرب الكندي - المحدث : الألباني - المصدر : صحيح أبي داود-الصفحة أو الرقم: 4604 - خلاصة حكم المحدث : صحيح. الدرر.
* قال أبو داودفي سننه :حدثنا أحمد بن حنبل وعبد الله بن محمدالنفيلي ،قالا أخبرنا سفيان ، عن أبي النضر ،عن عبيد الله بن أبي رافع ،عن أبيه ،عنِ النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قال" لا أُلفين أحدكم متكئًا على أريكته ،يأتيه الأمر من أمري ، مما أمرتُ به أو نهيتُ عنه ،فيقول : لاندري ، ما وجدنا في كتاب الله اتبعناه" .رواه أبو داود في عون المعبود :ج : 12 / ص : 356 . والترمذي . وابن ماجه .الجامع الصحيح مما ليس في الصحيحين / ج : 1 / ص : 67 / تحقيق الشيخ مقبل بن هادي الوادعي .
قال تعالى"قُلْ أَطِيعُواْ اللهَ وَالرَّسُولَ ".سورة آل عمران / آية 32 .الآية
ـ فالسنة كالقرآن في تحليل الطيبات ،وتحريم الخبائث،
وَرَدّ حرف صحَّ عنِ النبيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ كَرَدّ حرف من كلام الله جل وعلا. وقد توعد اللهُ سبحانه الذين يخالفون سنة النبـي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فقال " وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللهَ إِنَّ اللهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ " .سورة الحشر / آية : 7 .
