[أم أبي التراب]

عن سَمُرة -رضي الله عنه- مرفوعًا «من حدَّث عني بحديث يُرَى أنه كَذِبٌ فهو أحد الكاذِبَين».
صحيح - رواه مسلم.
الشرح :
يحذر هذا الحديث الشريف من رواية شيء عن النبي- صلى الله عليه وسلم- وهو يعلم أو يظن أن هذا الحديث الذي يرويه وينقله عن النبي- صلى الله عليه وسلم- أنه كذب عليه، يحذره أنه إذا فعل ذلك فهو بمنزلة من تعمد الكذب على النبي- صلى الله عليه وسلم-

Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever reports a Hadīth on my authority that is thought to be false is one of the two liars (the one who fabricated it and the one who reported it

الشرح
This noble Hadīth warns against narrating anything on the authority of the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) while knowing or thinking that what he is narrating is a lie about the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him). It warns him against doing that as he would be considered exactly like the one who intentionally lied about the Prophet

Samurah (qu'Allah l'agrée) relate que le Prophète (paix et salut sur lui) a dit : « Quiconque rapporte de moi une parole jugée mensongère est l'un des menteurs. »

الشرح
Ce noble ḥadith met en garde contre le fait de rapporter des propos que l’on sait ou que l’on pense être faux à propos du Prophète (sur lui la paix et le salut). Il avertit que celui agit de la sorte sera considéré comme ayant menti volontairement sur le Prophète (sur lui la paix et le salut). Sharḥ de Shaykh Al-‘Uthaymîn ( Tome 6, page 187)
