Healing by Ruqia

Praise be to Allah, the Prefect, the generous, praise be to His majesty. And I testify that there is no God except Allah alone, and that Muhammad, peace be upon him, is His Messenger.

O people, have Taqwa, for whoever has Taqwa Allah guides and protects him in his religion and worldliness.

Taqwa is the refuge in calamities.

The Law of the Holy Quran states: " the recitation of verses of the Holy Quran, heals many physical and psychological afflictions, and anxieties, and gloom, and tribulation of the heart." So every Moslem should stick to healing with Quraan, and praying Allah to heal him...

The one who uses the Ruqia to heal people should be
Conscious of the magnificence of Allah, trusting in Him, and knowing that Allah is transcendent, only He is able to remove harm, and this Ruqia is a cause only, it heals only by Allah's permission... He does not bind His heart to it so that he benefits from it.
To make this Ruqia powerful, one must be honest and sincere in calling out harm, must be obedient to Allah, to to be diligent in reciting morning and evening Azkar, and zikr Allah all the time.
Allah 's worshipers, if we become ill, we seek the cure that will heal us. Do not you know that one of the medicines that can cure sickness and alleviate suffering is the Ruqia. This Ruqia heals from Heart and body diseases.

The best Ruqia is what one do to himself and to his family.

It should be noted, that the duration of the Ruqia varies according to people and the illness... As with the common medicine, it may take a short time and may be of long duration, so the patient shouldn't get bored if the Ruqia takes long time.

Allah made The Holy Quran heals all diseases, whether physical, psychological or cardiac.

" " / 82.

And We send down of the Qurn that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe (in Islmic Monotheism and act on it).

"Say: "It is for those who believe, a guide and a healing.

And also the prophet's supplications cure from all ailments.

Moslem reported after Othman Ibn Abi Al 'As Al Thaqafi, may Allah bless him, that he told the prophet, peace be upon him, that he had pain in his body since he had converted to Islam so the prophet told him:
Put your hand on the place where you feel pain and say: With the Name of Allah (three times). Then say seven times: I seek refuge in Allah and in His Power from the evil of what I find and of what I guard against.

Ibn Masud reported: The Prophet, peace be upon him, said, If any Muslim is afflicted with distress and makes this supplication, then his supplication will be answered: O Allah, I am your servant, the son of your servant, the son of your maidservant. My forelock is in your hand, your command concerning me prevails, and your decision concerning me is just. I call upon you by every one of the beautiful names with which you have described yourself, or which you have revealed in your Book, or you have taught to any of your creatures, or which you have chosen to keep in the knowledge of the unseen with you, to make the Quran the delight of my soul, the light of my heart, and to remove my sadness and dispel my anxiety. The Prophet said, If he says this, Allah will remove his affliction and replace it with joy and happiness.

So the Ruqia with the Holy Quran and the prophet's supplications are beneficial to all body and heart sickness, either physical or psychological. Moslems should first do this Ruqia for healing.

One of the greatest causes of psychological problems are sins, transgressions, and being away from God..
So the treatment is to repent, to return to Allah, and to perform good deeds, such as praying and reciting the Quran.

Some of the right Ruqias..
First, Ruqia for the body..

Then say seven times: I seek refuge in Allah and in His Power from the evil of what I find and of what I guard against... Sahih Moslem.

Aishah said : When a man complained of pain the Prophet (ﷺ) said to him pointing to his saliva and mixing it with dust :(This is) the dust of our earth, mixed with saliva of us, so that our sick is remedied with the permission of our lord... Sahih Moslem.

Ruqia with Al Fatiha..

Some of the Prophet 's companions travelled and landed in a place where they were not hosted. A scorpion has bitten the chief of the tribe in that place. One of the people (in this tribe) said Is there any incantator amongst you? A person amongst them stood up (and went with him). We had no idea that he had been a good incantator but he practiced incantation with the help of Sura al-Fatiha and the (the chief) was all right. They gave him a flock of sheep and served milk. We said (to him): Are you a good incantator. Thereupon he said: I did not do it but by the help of Sura al-Fatiha. He said: Do not drive (these goats) until we go to the prophet, peace be upon him, and find out (whether it is permissible to accept (this reward of incantation).

So we came to the prophet and made a mention of that to him, whereupon he said: How did you come to know that this (Sura al-Fatiha) could be used as an incantation? He said you did the right thing.. So distribute them (amongst those who had been present there with him) and allocate a share of mine also. Sahih Al Bukhari.

Putting hand on the sick one front and wipes his head and stomach...

Saad Ibn Abi Waqqas said. "........then the Prophet, peace be upon him, put his hand one my front and wipped my head and stomach and said please Allah heal Saad, and complete his migration.. Saad said that he still find a chill on his shoulders - in his mind - until the Judement day"..Sahih Al Bukhari.

Wipes right hand and says...

: ".

The prophet, peace be upon him, used to make Ruqia by wipping with his right hand and saying.."Take away the disease, O the Lord of the people! Cure him as You are the One Who cures. There is no cure but Yours, a cure that leaves no disease".
Sahih Al Bukhari.

The one who makes the Ruqia blows on his hands and recite Surat Al Ikhlas, Surat Al Falaq, and Surat Annas, then he wipes the place of pain or the whole body.

A'isha narrated that the prophet, peace be upon him, when he was sick ,he recited Surat Al Falaq and Surat Annas and blows on his body, when he was severely sick she used to recite them and wipe his body with his hands...Sahih Moslem

Second , Ruqia which has nothing to do with the pain or with the body..
What to be said at the head of the patient..

: ".

The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: If anyone visits a sick whose time (of death) has not come, and says with him seven times: I ask Allah, the Mighty, the Lord of the mighty Throne, to cure you, Allah will cure him from that disease. Sahih Atermizi.

: .

The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: When a man comes to visit a sick person, he should say: O Allah, cure Thy servant, who may then wreak havoc on an enemy for your sake, or walk to a prayer for your sake.
Sahih Atermizi.
" "

The prophet, peace be upon him, used to tell to Al Hassan and Al Hussein:
(I seek refuge for the two of you in the Perfect Words of Allah, from every devil and every poisonous pest, and from every harmful eye)."
Sahih Atermizi.

" : : : ."

Jibril came to the Prophet and said: "O Muhammad! Are you suffering?" He said: "Yes." He said: "In the Name of Allah, I recite a prayer (Ruqia) over you, from the evil of every person and evil eye. In the Name of Allah I recite a prayer (Ruqia) over you, may Allah cure you." Sahih Ibn Majah.
: : ".

The Prophet, peace be upon him, went to a bedouin he used to say to him, "Don't worry, if Allah will, it will be expiation (for your sins)".
Sahih Al Bukhari.

Wipping the patient's head and praying for blessing (al baraka).

Asa'b Ibn Yazeed reported that his aunt took him to the prophet, peace be upon him, and told him that her nephew fell down, so the prophet wipped his head and prayed for blessings, the prophet made ablution, and As'ab drank from the water of this ablution, then he went after the prophet, As'ab saw the sign of prophecy between the prophet's shoulders. Sahih Al Bukhari.

O Allah, we ask you with your greatness, kindness and generosity to heal every sick and afflicted person. There is no refuge and no escape from you except to you. You are capable of everything... Praise be to Allah, and peace be upon the prophet.
